The Bush Succession Plan is a secret plan by the Bush administration to hide their criminal acts and avoid prosecution after Bush and his staff leave the white house. Secret documents, totalling over 900 pages of legal opinions and strategy details, have been leaked from deep within Bush's inner circle. These documents have surfaced, and reveal this diabolical perversion of the United States Constitution.
The high level strategy is called Operation Chain Pardon. A rough outline of the strategy is:
- In December, 2008, one month before Bush leaves office, Bush will issue a pardon for Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Donald Rumsfeld, and several other current and past high level staffers. This will be a so-called "blanket pardon" that will broadly cover any illegal activity that has taken place during Bush's reign.
- Immediately after issuing those pardons, Bush will resign, making Dick Cheney President.
- Cheney, minutes after taking the oath of office, will pardon Bush for any and all offenses committed during his presidency, thus making it impossible to prosecute him once he leaves office.
- The plan will occur while Congress is on Christmas vacation. It will be carried out so rapidly, within 24 to 48 hours, that it will be impossible for Congress to reconvene and impeach Bush or Cheney, which would be the only Constitutional means possible to stop it, as the President's right to grant pardons is almost completely unfettered.
Impeachment Contingency Plans
In addition, if the Congress attempts to impeach Bush before December, 2007, there is a contingency plan to execute a similar strategy, which will be implemented as soon as the impeachment process appears likely to succeed. Under that scenario, Cheney himself would resign immediately after pardoning Bush, and he would name Condoleeza Rice as Vice President.
Rice has been insulated from this plan, and she has been kept relatively "clean" from the dirty work of the past six years. She would be expected to denounce the strategy, but would still be in a good position to run as vice president under the next GOP nominee.
Fake Cheney Blood Clot Part of the Plan
The recently faked Cheney blood clot reports are a part of this plan. Because blood clots can worsen unexpectedly, floating these rumors now gives Cheney a plausible excuse to resign at any time. This will provide cover for the operation.
Documentation Suppressed?
The documents that reveal this plan were briefly posted on a prominent blogger's website. They were provided to the blogger by inner-circle Bush staffers who were angry at not being included in the plan to issue pardons. They felt they were going to go down as the scapegoats for all the crimes committed by the administration, and used the documents as a bargaining chip to be included.
The posted documents were quickly removed after threatening phone calls to the blogger from an unknown source. It is theorized that the people who leaked the information were quickly given a place in the plan, and so the documents were withdrawn from the public before many people had seen them.
Due to obvious security reasons, it is not possible to make the sources public at this time.
